. Nissan GQ Patrol - Wish it was Here! With more than a little jealousy we like to see what our off-roadin' brothers in Australia are driving. Here's a few pics from our friend Dwayne Saunders from Victoria, Australia of his 1989 Nissan GQ Patrol. It has: 4" suspension lift, 2" body lift, 36" simex tyres, front & rear air lockers. All linkages & arms upgraded to 4140 cromoly (he still bends them). Front diff fully braced and protected. Race seats & harnesses. Rear guard chop, full 8 point roll cage. Warn highmount w/ 6hp motor & some additional bracing & stuff. Rock sliders (roof sliders coming this week). Snorkel, Motor is a Nissan tb42 petrol motor. .
